Level 2-4 Tourism in a nutshell

In a nutshell the Tourism programme covers tourism principles like tour guiding, tour operations and game ranging together with any public relations related vocation in the tourism and hospitality industry. This programme integrates academic knowledge and theory with practical skills and values.

Entry requirements:

• A Grade 9 certificate, or
• An NQF Level 1 qualification, or
• ABET Level 4 certificate, or
• An appropriate registered equivalent programme obtained at NQF Level 1

Duration of the programme:

The qualification is a full year programme at each of the NQF levels of study. A student is issued with a certificate on successful completion of each level of study.
