Office Administration in a nutshell

In a nutshell, the purpose of this programme is to equip the students with knowledge and skills for successful entry into an administrative secretarial field in any sector. Administration competencies apply to all industries; the formal and informal commercial sectors as well as the non-commercial sector. This programme integrates theoretical learning with practical skills.

Entry requirements:

• A Grade 9 certificate, or
  
• An NQF Level 1 qualification, or
  
• ABET Level 4 certificate, or
  
• An appropriate registered equivalent programme obtained at NQF Level 1

Duration of the programme:

The qualification is a full year programme at each of the NQF levels of study. A student is issued with a certificate on successful completion of each level of study.
