Level 2-4 Hospitality in a nutshell

In a nutshell Hospitality studies provide the students with theoretical and practical skills to operate as a cook, waitron or accommodation assistant in various hospitality establishments. This programme will also include some client service and human relations skills. This programme integrates academic knowledge and theory with practical skills and values.

Entry requirements:

• A Grade 9 certificate, or
• An NQF Level 1 qualification, or
• ABET Level 4 certificate, or
• An appropriate registered equivalent programme obtained at NQF Level 1

Duration of the programme:

The qualification is a full year programme at each of the NQF levels of study. A student is issued with a certificate on successful completion of each level of study.
